They have a reputation for providing a five-star service to each client and have come to be a pillar of the Huddersfield local business community.
To kick off the web design project for Mortgage Hand, Athena Media first conducted user research into what pain points people experienced when viewing other mortgage advisor websites. This initial research helped to pinpoint areas in need of improvement and set the direction for the new website design to be a fresh, clean, and outstanding website.
The priority was to create a new website for Mortgage Hand that effectively communicated the services offered and generated leads through a range of multi-channel calls to action, including contact forms, social media feeds, and WhatsApp links. The website also needed to include useful functionality such as mortgage repayment calculators.
Mortgage Hand’s new website has been a great success since its launch! The website’s SEO-friendly design and development has helped to increase visibility in search engines and the website has ranked very well locally for key search terms.
