Kim Ellis at Go Ginger Learning Solutions is a blended learning specialist specialising in contact centres and customer services based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Kim established Go Ginger to delivery high-quality training mixed with her passion for training people in a fun and interactive way.
As a key industry leader in her field, Kim needed a new website design that would showcase and highlight the key services and skill set that she brings to the educational table, while illustrating her fun and relaxed teaching methods.
The Solution
Athena Media had the pleasure of working with Kim to design and developer her brand new website. We wanted the design to highlight Kims down-to-earth, relaxed, and fun approach to learning solutions, adding splashes of bright colours to draw attention to the most important areas of each page — as well as using a range of vibrant photography.
We designed the website to give a sense of familiarity to a user who was visiting the website for the first time, by using warm and welcoming colours. Also, by creating a key hierarchy of pages that took new visitors straight to the page(s) they were looking for in less than two clicks.
The Results
Go Ginger Learning Solutions new website has been live for almost a year now, and in that time it has gained some fantastic Search Engine results — ranking highly for terms such as “go ginger” — an already highly competitive search term for people shopping for hair dye! Coupled with this Go Ginger Learning Solutions saw a large uptake in new visitors to the website, consistently growing and out-performing itself month after month.
